17 años de la muerte de Walter Bulacio, 4.500 hojas de expediente, 34 jueces ,73 privaciones ilegales de la libertad, 15 años de prisión pedidos por la fiscal, 1 condena internacional al estado argentino, 5 años sin que el estado cumpla esa sentencia. SOLO DOS HORAS DE ARRESTO PARA EL RESPONSABLE UN PIBE ASESINADO POR EL GATILLO FÁCIL Y LA TORTURA DÍA POR MEDIO
